Jennifer Mindock

Is the Founder and President of J4 Insights, LLC. As a systems engineering and management consultant with over 20 years of experience, she excels in building and managing teams to define and achieve integrated and cohesive systems while working together in a fluid, respectful, and passionate way.

 

She has helped lead large and high growth projects in management and technical roles. Jennifer has helped guide shifting team, project, and program directions from technology development to flight implementations for human research and space suit technologies.

 

Jennifer spent several years within NASA’s Human Research Program (HRP) Exploration Medical Capability Element as the Systems Engineering Technical Lead that established and led the award-winning technical team across multiple NASA Centers. Prior to this, she worked within HRP on program-level science management projects to build cross-disciplinary integration. Jennifer also served as the KBR Systems Engineering Section Manager for over two years.

 

Before her time at NASA Johnson Space Center, Jennifer was a Senior Systems Engineer at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, working on Mars, astrophysics and mission operations projects such as the rovers Spirit, Opportunity, and Curiosity, the Phoenix Lander, and the Space Interferometry Mission. She holds a Ph.D. in the Bioastronautics focus area of Aerospace Engineering Sciences from the University of Colorado, a Master’s Degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida.
